Location to a family residence for family reunion. Price was right.

The staff was absolutely knowledgeable and very cordial.

Booked online at advertised rate of $89 before room tax. $133 bill. Should have been provided total rate prior to booking, No problem with hotel just felt tricked because rate was not disclosed.

The window interior was very nice and brought in a lot of light. The shutters in the window was something I think should be standard in all hotel windows, has they are easy and convenient to use and adjust when you want look out the window or have natural lighten.

Odor when we first entered the room. The smell of cinnamon a smell in which i would not have expect to smell in a hotel.

A combination of hits and misses

The staff were friendly and accommodating! Location is ideal, with restaurants and BART close by.

Facilities felt outdated, and I faced issues with housekeeping and noise disturbances.

I was pleasantly surprised at the upgrades done at the hotel. We had previously stayed there when it was owned by another chain. The quality of the linens was much better.

There are no king size beds.

Clean and exceptionally nice rooms with hypo-allergenic pillows.

The location and shopping and restaurants within walking distance

The staff were accommodating, and they allowed our special needs son's autism support dog to stay with us, a huge relief. The free breakfast options were also good.

My kids wished for a more comfortable bed. It would be great to provide pack-and-plays for families traveling with little ones.

The rooms were nicely decorated, A/C worked well, the TV was good, beds were very nice, bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced. Parking was great.

The halls are very noisy and the doors to the rooms slam very hard! The halls are tired-looking and a little draby, so it was a surprise to see the nice interior of the room.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff. Ideal location, close to freeways, BART and shopping. Very reasonable price

We had a queen room which was small. Also would have liked coffee making - the little machine only had enough coffee for one person and there were two of us

Location was perfect near family we were visiting and they accepted pets.

The sleep number beds were extremely uncomfortably, or maybe I just could not find my number.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities!

Enjoyed my three-night stay with a clean and cozy queen room. Friendly staff. The on-site restaurant offered delicious breakfast options, though I hoped for more plant-based choices. Those needing microwave and fridge should request them at check-in for convenience.

Fine and clean hotel, super-friendly staff. Great and perfectly comfortable location in the town, close to tourist attractions. Nice building and rooms in bed to late. Fast check in and an excellent service throughout my stay. Heated pool area too.
